I am a Honours Electrical Engineering graduate from the University of Windsor with an emphasis related with Computer and Software related projects.
Through my capstone project, I got to work with a team consisting of a total of 19 students to develop a sounding rocket that can reach 10, 000 ft. This was part of a competition of that consisted of over 100 teams from 10 different countries. I had the privilege to lead a small group of electrical engineering students to develop the datalogger payload for the rocket. This payload consisted of working with Arduinos, Raspberry Pis, video capture, web development, power management and several other construction elements to create a functional device. I was able to learn and practice several programming languages. Working with a team this big gave an opportunity to develop my skills in working with groups and scheduling tasks. Team management is a valuable skill that I am glad to learn and understand. We launched at the Spaceport America in New Mexico as part of the Intercollegiate Rocket Engineering Competition held by the Experimental Sounding Rocket Association. Overall, this project was successful and we placed very nicely in the competition.

Work consisted of designing and implementing the payload. Programming in C++ and Python for the Arduino and Raspberry Pi boards, respectively.

Apart from being a developer, I enjoy most of my time being outdoors. I am an avid photography enthusiast and enjoy taking pictures while travelling. I enjoy some badminton, tennis, and kayaking during the warmer temperatures.
When forced indoors, I follow a number of sci-fi and fantasy genre movies and television shows and I spend a large amount of my free time exploring the latest technology advancements in the front-end web development as well as the embedded worlds.
